Their therapists and estheticians will care and deliver results to you in the most personalized, professional manner possible. This is a wonderful way to celebrate a special occasion with spa treatments in a tranquil setting. The spa is all yours with a private retreat space to enjoy resort-like amenities, local organic treats, champagne, wine, and tea. Unwind, escape and relax with friends or coworkers. We can’t wait to celebrate with you and create an intimate, relaxing experience and wonderful memories!

SPAVIA DAY SPA PRIVATE SPALEBRATION INCLUDES:  

  • Full spa buyout for 3.5 hours with resort-like amenities

  • Two personalized 60-minute spa treatments including a signature facial and massage

  • Private retreat room with custom music for you and your guests to relax

  • Fine wine and tea

  • Veuve Clicquot champagne

  • Local and organic sweets by Jodee’s Desserts

  • $25 Spavia gift card toward any future signature treatment

  • 15% off spa boutique items the day of your spalebration

  • Event service staff:  Includes caterer and onsite SHW Event Manager  

  • Event Planning Expert for 8 hours: Includes client communication,  coordination of vendors, food and beverage order reviews, management of deliveries,  and onsite management and preparation day of the event  

  • All applicable taxes and gratuities are included

PRICING and PAYMENT: 

  • Total event price for 8 guests is $1960 (includes taxes and gratuities)  

  • We can accommodate between 5-8 guests.  Total package price will be adjusted based on number of guests.    

  • $980 deposit  to secure event and date space will be applied to Total Event Price (non-refundable)  

  • Guest count and full payment due 7 days prior to your event date
