Vestal, tucked away in Seattle's bustling South Lake Union neighborhood, where legendary Chef Josh Henderson will prepare you and 19 guests (can accommodate a maximum of 25) a festive le dejeuner with flair. 
Chef Josh will give guests a private audience, describing how Northwest ingredients speak to him. (You just might get some cocktail tips from the chief mixologist as well!) The kitchen is le Coeur of this venue – an open counter where diners are welcome to perch and watch chefs perform their magic. Voila!  


Your Vestal Experience includes:

  • Exclusive use of Vestal on the date selected

  • Private time with Chef Josh Henderson

  • Inventive lunch menu (see right)

  • Generously poured beverages including  House made sodas, Kombucha, Sancerre 

  • Event service staff

  • Event Planning Expert for 4 hours: Includes client communication, coordination of vendors, food and beverage order reviews, onsite management and preparation the day of the event,

  •  All applicable taxes and gratuities are included.

Pricing and Payment:

  • $2,000 deposit to secure event and date space will be applied to Total Event Price (non-refundable)

  • Guest count and full payment due 7 days prior to your event date

  • Total Event Price for 20 guests is $2,500 (includes 9.6% tax and 20% gratuity). Additional guests may be added for $100 per person.

Meet Josh, your Vestal lunch chef.  Award-winning chef Josh Henderson has deep roots in the Northwest, having graudated from Western Washington University with a degree in music before heading to the CIA in New York to pursue cuisine. He returned to Seattle to open Skillet, then a series of successful restaurants through his group, Huxley Wallace Collective. Josh considers Vestal his cooking home. 

Meet Andrew, your Chef de Cuisine. Andrew Iacono was lured to Seattle kitchens by Josh to support the dining experience at the open wood-fired hearth. Andrew sharpened his cooking chops cooking in four Michelin-starred restaurants around the country, including the EL Ideas in Chicago. 


Meet Ariana, your chief mixologist. For Ariana Vitale, drinks are an important matter – and she takes them seriously. It’s why every sip at Vestal is divine. Voted one of Playboy’s Top 10 Bartenders in 2007, Ariana continues to strive for the perfect cocktail (not to mention inventive non-alcoholic drinks!).
